Our Aims and Objectives

  1. Helping children and vulnerable adults be smart, confident explorers of the online world by offering online safety lessons that will teach them about how to use the internet respectfully and sensibly.
  2. Teaching children and vulnerable adults basic computer security practices, such as how to avoid unsecured Wi-Fi, use unique, safe and secure passwords and not share PII on insecure websites, along with knowing when it is safe to download files.
  3. To ensure young people and vulnerable adults are informed consumers of digital technologies, safe enough to surf the internet without fear and smart enough to know what to do if they see inappropriate content.
  4. Safe and positive experiences online: Teaching every child and vulnerable adults about how to recognise dangers online, including what healthy and unhealthy relationships look like.
  5. Working with children and young people and empowering them to be part of the solution in the fast-moving environment of the online digital world by equipping them with digital skills for development.
